The first CCB Big Miami float, hosted by Tom and Wendy Borchelt, is planned for May 17. The put-in is at Quincy, OH, and the take-out in Sidney. It is approximately 14 miles and when I scouted it in September we had a bit of a head wind at times and very little current, so it required a little effort. It was an enjoyable, scenic, trip. In order to finish early enough to enjoy some barbeque at our house at a reasonable time, we should probably be ready to leave our house by 7:30 a.m. or meet along the way.
