Sorry that this comes so late, I know that you are all anxious to hear the news. The website to the cabin is listed below; there is great fishing, but only fly fishing. The owner said there will be no exceptions.

We have the cabin from Saturday the 28th until Wednesday the 1st; the price will be $100 per person. If you put your deposit in, you just deduct that from your check. Now we all have some decisions to make. Please answer the following questions:

  1. Can we all bring our own alcohol, or do you think that we should have this be group money?
  2. Elyse and I have decided that it would be best to put money in and buy our food there; does anyone have a problem with this?
  3. Who wants to do murder mystery on New Years Eve, we have a small enough group to do it this year.
  4. White elephant, two gifts per person, $5 each, yes or no.
  5. There is a drive-in movie in Blue Ridge, Ed and I are going on Sunday night, who else would like to join us?

Please tell me if there are any questions that I have not answered. Also if anyone has ideas or anything that I forgot to ask, I welcome your voices.

Hello,

I know that this is a busy time for a lot of people, but we need to get the plans laid for New Years. Thanks to all the people that voted for Georgia so that Ed and I could attend. I have been checking out cabins in the North Georgia Mountains, and we need to get a deposit down. Most of the cabins are in Blue Ridge and some are on the water. 90% have hot tubs and hiking trials.

At this point we need to see who is going to make the trip, so that we can rent the cabin. This means we need to put a deposit down on a cabin next month, by November 15th. So if you are planning on attending I will need a $50 deposit, the cabins seem to be running one hundred per person for 5 days. It will be our goal to get as close to that as possible, it may be a little more of less depending on the number of people that attend.

We will have many other details to sort out; I will need help from anyone willing to be a planner. We will do the white elephant again, and we may add some new games. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
