Directions:

Directions to the campground from Cincy

I-75/I-71 South
at the I-75/I-71 split follow I-71 South towards Louisville.
Follow I-71 to Exit 62 - US127 Glencoe/Owenton
Go South on US127 for approx 33 miles.
US127 makes a couple of turns, but the signs are pretty easy to follow.
The sign for the campground is hard to make out on 127 but it should say Shady Trails.
Strohmeier Road is the campground entrance on the right just after a bridge over the Elkhorn Creek. Make the right on Strohmeier.

After another bridge the first right is the entrance to the primitive camping.
