James Hutto told me he is planning to bring the tools for real Cajun fish:  real Mississippi Cajun spice and an iron skillet.  I am hoping we will also have Hush Puppies a few nights.  I am planning on bringing a deep fryer for the fish.  We could cook more fish more quickly.. and we could cook it outside.  That would keep the kitchen free for the other foods and help keep the kitchen cooler.  Any other suggestions are welcome.  Make them quick.  Much of the food will be purchased by July 1.

Todd Swenson Chicken, that is something different... yum-yum... what about some kind of fish chowder???
Tom Kline You can take the lima beans and fried rice off the menu and I would not miss them a bit. However, I've never gone hungry yet. Good job on the rest of it!!
